The new Galveston County Animal Resource Center was officially opened November 28th with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  Galveston County Judge Mark Henry, participating city officials and GCHD Chief Executive Officer Dr. Mark Guidry all joined in the opening.  View the slide show above to see photographs taken during the grand opening ceremony at the facility approved by voters in 2008.
