
The Governing Board
of the 4C's Clinics is the policy setting board for the 4C's
Clinics. The board consists of no less than nine (9)
and no more than fifteen (15) consumer- majority persons.
As such, the 4C's
Governing Board meets federal requirements for Community Health Centers
and provides regular oversight for the operational and financial policies for
the 4C's Clinics.
The authoritative action of the 4C's Governing Board shall be
taken only at regular or special meetings. The 4C's Governing Board meets monthly. Board members
serve a three year term.
