The Galveston County Emergency Response Collaborative (GCERC) is a collaboration between many of Galveston County's first responders. These include the Galveston County Health District, Galveston County Office of Emergency Management, Galveston County Sheriff’s Department, Gulf Coast Center, Mainland Medical Center, Red Cross, Shriner’s Burn Hospital, and UTMB.
